Nicholas Sensley, MBA

CEO & Chief SOLUTIONS Officer

Nicholas Sensley founded Cross Sector Solutions, LLC in 2001 following a period of volunteer service in Central Europe and Africa in late 1990. His experiences highlighted the need and impact of services to support leaders who confront complex community issues.

Previously, Nicholas operated the company while concurrently serving in law enforcement in the state of California from 2001 to 2011.  In 2011, Nicholas exited California law enforcement as a Chief of Police following 25 years of service in three jurisdictions and relaunched Cross Sector Solutions, LLC.

Nicholas has served throughout the United States and in various countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America. He specializes in leadership development, strategy development and implementation, principled governance, and countering human atrocities through the formation of collective impact teams.

Walter Redman has served as COO since 2014. Walter brings more than 30 years of international service as a leader and manager of multi-national programs.

Walter's prior service has included being the Chief Police Advisor for the U.S. Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). He served as the Chief Law Enforcement Advisor to the INL Assistant Secretary. Walter has traveled extensively throughout the world for the purpose of assessing, evaluating and implementing public safety programs most often in coordination with the United Nations and various international partners.  


DEO Adina Schwartz

Adina Schwartz, JD

Director of European Operations (PRN)

Adina manages our services and operations throughout Europe.  She is a researcher in the field of criminology focusing on victims' rights and their comprehensive services.

Adina is the head of the Justice department at Pro Prietenia Arad Foundation in Arad, Romania.  At Pro Prietenia she has directly assisted and repatriated dozens of victims of human trafficking.  In her work she has organized outreach activities, campaigns, and workshops on sexual exploitation, domestic violence, and human trafficking.  Adina is an experienced counsel, trainer, mentor, teacher, facilitator, researcher, and organizer.  She has served throughout Europe and in several countries in Africa.


CHA Jessica Munoz

Jessica Munoz, MSN, APRN-RX, FNP-BC

Chief Health ADVISER (PRN)

As a leading team member in our services in response to atrocities and community recovery and development, Jessica serves as Chief Health Adviser to ensure holistic strategies that are inclusive of community members' health and wellness.

Jessica has served as a lead nurse practitioner in pediatrics, emergency medicine, and has provided medical services in developing and transitioning countries. She is the Founder and President of Ho`ola Na Pua ("New Life for Our Children"), a special treatment residential campus for underage survivors of sex trafficking on the island of Oahu in Hawaii.

SENIOR ANALYST and Strategist (PRN)

Mike serves globally as our Senior Analyst and Strategist and is essential in our commitment to discovering the causal factors in crises and in community recovery and renewal services.  

Mike is a retired Federal Bureau of Investigation Supervisory Special Agent with 25 years of experience.  He is a tested and proven investigator, crisis responder and negotiator. Mike has planned, organized, and led intensive operations internationally. He is a skilled evaluator, tactician, instructor, and leader.  Mike is the owner of Solution Six:8, a private investigations and security evaluation and consulting company.

Our consortium currently draws from among experts in more than a dozen countries.  We maintain a diverse portfolio of active professionals who are experts in their field and have been vetted by Cross Sector Solutions LLC and certified to be among the highest caliber consultants, facilitators and strategists.
